Frequently asked questions
Orders + Shipping
You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment goes through. The email includes your order number and details. You can also view your order anytime by clicking the link in that email.
Please contact us right away at savorandsteep@gmail.com or through the contact form. We’ll do our best to update the address or items if the order hasn’t been fulfilled yet. Once an order is packed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Online orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
If you choose In-store pickup in Washougal, we’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection. In-store pick-up will be avaialable after our Grand Opening.
