Shipping Policy

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• Standard Shipping — $9.95 on orders under $100
• Free Shipping — on orders of $100 or more

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.

Local Pickup You may also choose free in-store pickup at our Washougal location during regular business hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

Inventory & Restocking We keep limited quantities of many teas to ensure freshness. We will continue to accept orders even when inventory is low. However, if an item is out of stock, it may take several weeks to restock.

Some rare or premium teas are available only in limited quantities. When those varieties are gone, they are gone. In those cases we will issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

Please note Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high order volume. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.
